Factory Tech Question ....

Hello all,

I have some money for mods and I want my tranny to be modded first.

From what I have read, Greg's stuff is the way to go when considering tranny mods.

Now here is my question:

When I first say the FT mod, it looked like a small cylindric peice that fit into the stock valve body. Later on, when reading about the FT mod, some guys changed the entire valve body itself.

Which is the one I need? When putting around town, I dont want my neck to hurt from the shifts, but when I'm at WOT, I would like a nice firm shift.

How much is this gonna cost me BTW?

Thanks in advance guys, you are a knowedgeable bunch!

Take care!

I would also post this on the "other" website in factory techs forum since he is a supporting vendor over there..... Cause I dont know how much he can tell u about his products here, since he isnt a supporting vendor. But his stuff is top notch!!! to say the least.....

FT's part is a new Ford valve body that he modifys for firmer shifts.
With normal driving, the shifts are firm but not hard, but if you put your foot in it,you better be holding on.

Ft's vb is worth every penny in my opinion.

Lastly price is 225$, also might/should consider the larger deep sump pan.
