Lots of XMas $$$ to spend

Well as xmas nears iam about to sell my dirtbike. Hoping to get around 3800 out of it i plan on setting the Lightning on some 20's first off. I also ordered the JDM silver bullet catback(with some extra money from xmas) After pricing my rims im looking at having 1500 left over from my 3800 from my bike. But im stuck at what to do. I want to lower it but have no idea what to go with belltech 2/3 or belltech 3/4, i want it at a lower stance but not slammed. I also want to get the reflexxion cobra cowl hood, and last but not least i wanna do some tune up to the motor. I was planning on going with some of JDM's stuff such as the chip and 4lb pulley and the intake or JLP's chip 4lb pulley and intake, or would it be safe to go with a 6lb pulley only problem is this will be a truck driven daily to work. Please tell me your ideas. And if you guys got any tips on anyplace that does a good job at installing this stuff please tell me. That arent any ford tuner around here so i have no idea on how to go about that. Thanks!

Where are you from? There is no location listed for you. Let us know where you are and maybe we can suggest an installer for you.

Careful, HEMIRAM will slam you for using the 20's on your truck. He slammed me in the "04' lightning" thread.

Aside from that, check out my Expedition. I know it's not a Lighting, but it has a 2/3 Belltec drop with 22's. You might be able to judge whether you want to go with the 2/3 or 3/4 from that.

I figure your lightning is a little lower from the factory than my Expedition and I have a little larger wheel than you're planning to buy so they might look about the same height if take those two factors into consideration.

Good Luck anyway!!

I know those 20's will look tough. I love my 22's. HP lose or Not. It looks tough.

Thats one sweet expy jwrape. I know going with 20's then trying to go with speed is pointless but i dont care it looks sweet and will defintaly get the attention i want it to get, on the drop ive been looking around and i think im going to go with the 2/3 drop. Other than that im stuck on the stuff that i wanna do to my engine.

I'd say with the 20's, if you want a lowered but not slammed look, go with the 2/3 drop.
post pics after you get all the stuff on though, it'll look awsome

Bizzy,

If you want to give me a call at JDM (732/780/0770) or email me your number at micronp450@aol.com I can answer all of your questions and even recommend a great installer for you in your area.

The quality and fit of the Silver Bullet stand out above the rest. From one owner to another you will absolutely love it.

Thanks,

Justin@JDM

Don't worry I know a great installer who will treat you like gold in your area. He also has a 11 sec Lightning as well. Very good guy.
