Paging Greg from Factory Tech.....

I just recieved one of your TB's and after taking it out and looking at it, I noticed in a couple areas (mainly where the retaining clips for the accumulators are) that there are nicks, some with raised edges on the edge of the machined surface. They are pretty small but I wanted to be sure it would not be an issue when bolting it in...from a sealing standpoint. If need be...I can even file them...just want to know what your opinion is!

Tom

He is a supporting vendor on NLOC. He IS the Factory Tech. And trust me, whatever may be wrong, if it IS, he will make it right. Greg's a good guy and stands behind his products. He will NOT leave u hanging out to dry.

Sounds like a personal problem between the two of you, if he doesn't treat you right then you post it here, but not just general problems.

I think Gregg is on a short vacation right now, so keep in mind that he may not see this for a few days or so.

I snet you an e-mail, it's not ussualy a problem, sometimes the machine that installs them leaves a nick, sometimes I'm sure I do it when I pull the retainer to rebuild them, either way, it's not uncommon, and not a problem if it doesn't cross all the way over a micro surface. I'll be happy to replace it if you get one like this.

Ok Gregg...thanks....it is more of a raised edge ...not a nick across the whole surface so I am thinking it is ok.

Thanks!
