I installed the ASP and the JL. The JL puller works the best. 10-15 minute upper pulley swap. I ended up having the ASP pulley pressed on at work. The JL aluminum looks great too. JL's pulley is closer to a full 2psi of boost. My ASP was around 1.5psi.

I believe the 2# upper is 2.8

Here's a link

With the 2# upper, a 4# lower, and 19 degrees here this morning, no ping-age

Be mindful of your tune.

These pulley dimensions showed the following boost readings on an otherwise stock 01 engine.

Pulley size of 2.77" = 1-2lbs additional boost.

Pulley size of 2.84" = 2-3lbs additional boost.

I recorded these readings on an Autometer boost gauge (calibrated by Jackson Racing) within 30 minutes of each other. Your results may vary.

RichB I think your numbers are reversed. Smaller diameter = more boost.

2.93" is the stock diameter. 2.80" is good for about 1.5lbs of boost.
