Interesting thread on the Corral about a tuner

Not saying I agree with anything, but it's an interesting read:

lets see if everyone comes to defend themselves. We are all mature and hopefully we can get truth outta this whole thing. I gave up really trusting anything i read on the internet.

I think my eyes are ready to bleed from that one post. I am sure that every tuner or speed shop or whatever has had bad stories about them. Nobody can be perfect. I personally have not had any problems with JDM or anybody else I bought parts from, but then again, they haven't done any large jobs for me either. Just parts.

WOW!!!!!! If anybody ever said even one of those things about me, I think I would bury my head in the sand forever. It almost is not believable.

Damn,I wont comment on anything to do with any business practices of any tuners.I have good knowledge of who the crooks and the professionals are.

But i do see why everybody might turn the other cheek at stories like this.Jim gave me a program that I drove for a weekend in my lightning.Keep in mind I ve had ALL of the tuners chips custom and all and Ive never seen a truck run like his tune did.My truck had so much high end power, ive never seen before.I will use him on my 02 if I get around to modding it.Hopefully I wont have any complaints.Ive gone out to dinner with him and vinne and they seem to be funny people. You can tell that he is business orientated but anybody self employed is.

maybe he had a good reason, like:
my dog died
i had a flat tire
my chip machine caught on fire
my traction control rheostat was on the fritz, and i couldn't open the front door to the shop
Spiro went out to get lunch last week, and hasn't come back yet!
they won't let you pump your own gas in Jersey, so i'm spending most of my day at the freakin gas pumps
or something

Yep, and now the moderators have a good excuse to close it.. I didn't want them to close it for no reason.

I don't think its fair to characterize the entire F150online membership because of the immature posts of a few individuals. I'd recommend wandering over to that site if you want to voice your opinion. The horse has been beaten to death on this one.
