What plugs should I get?

Im having a problem starting every now and again, I already cleaned out my AIC but now Im thinking its the plugs or possibly the battery. I figure I could use some good plugs anyhow so Im looking for suggestions. I have a SuperChip and a K&N so my gauge is reading 10 lbs. (dont know how accurate that is though)
I may be doing a #4 at some point but not quite yet. Im not a track regular so its more city driving than anything. The truck runs fine by the way once it starts, it just doesnt turn over every now and then untill I try it a few times. I have seen the NGK TR6 mentioned quite a bit, also the Densos seem popular.

spark plugs...

I ran the stock motorcraft platinums up untill I installed the 4# pulley. They worked fine with 10-11 lbs of boost. I ran the motorcrafts for about a month after the pulley install, still with no problems...I then installed the Denso IT22's, and the motorcrafts all were in great condition. The truck runs very hard though with the Denso's so i'm sticking with them....

I have been running TR-5's for a couple thousand miles, and they've been perfectly fine for me. Nice tannish color to them

Mods are ported/polished intake/blower, JDM chip/filter/2lb pulley, and full exhaust.
