Talking 99svtlightning question here

Hey man love your silver L. Was wondering where did you get that cowl hood from and how much was it, also what type of tires did you go with your 20's and what drop did you use?

Thanks.

It's a Cervini hood, I think it was close to $400. They are located in NJ and they have a website. http://www.cervinis.com

I have a Ground Force 1.5/2" drop w/ QA1 shocks. The tires are Toyo Proxies 295/45/20. I would like more of a drop for appearance, but it wouldn't work well for racing.

I like those as well. Cheap tire and hook up pretty well. I ran many 12.40's on my 20's with 275/45/20 GT II's. As far as the drop, I have a 3/4 Bell Tech kit and it works well for racing. I knocked off over .1 on my 60 foot alone just from a drop kit. I went from 1.79's to 1.6x's on the stock stall convertor....

If you drop you truck, make sure your pinion angle is setup right!
