Lightbulb Smooth Rider Springs?

On Monday, I'm buying western chassis a-arms with shackles, hangers, and 4 doetsche tech shocks. To get the front lower an inch lower the kit comes with Smooth Rider front springs. Has anyone tried them? Should I go with something else? I live in AZ and Sport Truck Direct said this will give me a true 3-5 drop, If you have a 3-5 show me what I should expect.....

They quoted me $861 for the kit which consists of lower control arms, springs, lowering shackles and hangers, and also 4 doetsche shocks. It's a good deal I think but I don't know If I want to go with different springs.

Talking My ride with the 3/5 kit

Here is a pic of my truck with the Western Chassis 3/5 drop kit.
Top notch quality, and the ride isn't bad either. I just ordered
the QA1's for some help in that dept.[IMG][/IMG]

Speedracer5-

No, I have the 2k lightning with the blue/grey custom flames. I only have the 2" drop shackles now but I wanna drop this bad boy!! I can get everything from Sport Truck Direct for $815. I have a account with them and can pick it up a bit cheaper. If you wanna meet somewhere you could give me the $815 and I could go pick up the Western Chassis 3/5 drop.

Also, have you decided if you wanna change the shocks??

The springs are the ones that came in the Western Chassis kit.
I think they are a two inch drop and the control arms are also
a two inch drop, but since the Lightning is already dropped one
inch from the factory you only get a three inch drop. Wheels are
22's.[IMG][/IMG]

Got the rims from a local shop. They can be found almost anywhere on the web. They're Bazo B4's. I don't think they
offer them in silver but some companies do. My buddy just
got some 24's for his 03 Navigator from Gianelle and he got
to chose silver or Bling Bling! Guess what he picked. I'll post
a pic when they're mounted.
