Most of the time I granny it.

Some roads I just can't though. That pedal is so easy to push down and burnouts are so fun. Boy does that road have alot of tire tracks

Now my daily driver, that gets driven much harder

I really baby it for the first 15 mins. When the piston slap quiets down, I figure she's ready to run.

Well when the wife and I are in the truck it is driven like a grandma cause that's what she is....so that makes me a grandpa...(uncanny ability to state the obvious ).
BUT, when the chance arrives to hear that SC whine, it is ***** to the wall and get the hell out of the way.

Well, most of you know I'm old enough to be a grandad but so far, our 26 year old son has kept from downloading one(as far as we know). He's mature enough to wait until he's married--I hope!

I drive 30 miles to and from work; mostly on I-75 where 80 mph is the norm. That's what I usually drive too but I don't use WOT much at all. So, I 'grandma' it about 95% of the time unless you are counting the 80 mph cruising...............

Piston slap doesnt harm the engine in any way, and almost every truck I hear has that sound to it, but it doesnt mean its piston slap.

Sad to say that my L hasnt been over 70mph for over 3 months. And I never drive her on the freeway unless I have to. Although I do enjoy the occasional 0-60 romp every now and again.

Ever since I got into racing at the track I try and save my extended WOT Blast for then, "BUT" I do blast it everytime I get on a parkway up to 100-140 MPH just to remind me I'm driving a 12 second beast. Then there's those stop signs I hit on the way to work each day, I don't kill it, but I do like to hear it get up and dance, at least a couple of times a day. I'd say 70% Granny, 30% John Force.

0% Granny. I never drive 10 miles per hour under the speed limit; and, I can see over the steering wheel with no problems at all.

Hah 'I drive it like a rental car' Hopefully you leave out the jumping parking pillons, the 5000rpm drop from park to drive, the donuts out in the middle of walmart parking lot...

My truck is prolly 70% granny, 30% beast, (if you average in the time its at the ford dealer for repairs)

Because of traffic (and there's tons of it...24/7) one can't help but to be driving slow enough to be Drivin' Miss Daisy around here.

So, due to forces beyond my control, it's probably 85% to 90% "DMD" speeds....
