How do you find this stuff???

Forged Crank and Shatty rods?

If I had nothing better to do with my money I would order one just to see what the deal is.

Decent rods add 4-500.00 and SHM wanted how much?

does the blower work on that intake or does it have to go custom.

I would be careful of DSS's Modular Motors. They have been around for years, making some killer pushrods, but they haven't had the best of reps in the Modular market. Just some info...

I don't beleive any 4 valve 5.4 can have a stock L blower without at least a custom intake.

Anyone who swapped a four valve in there L,would probably opt for a bigger and more effecient blower than the eaton.

There might already be a aftermarket blower made for navigators that would work with the stock compression of these motors...i am too lazy to check

I have at least the cost of this motor into pistons ,rods, balancing, studs, valves, valvesprings ect,and i pulled my own motor.

Had this deal been available then,i may have sold my motor, complete with m112,took the money i spent on rebuiding the 2 valve and had one of these, complete with rods, custom intake and aftermarket blower......there is the compression issue, but again i am too lazy, and have too much money into my 2 valve to check on that also.

Yes,i know, but look how long it took someone to notice.....must be too many "Do your goldfish ride in your L" threads
It took 15-20 minutes for someone to notice on the NLOC board

Anyway, happy turkey day and if you are a lions or cowboys fan....do this a lotas you will need it.

What do you mean by that?
Is the design different?
I know the cams are different.
Are there any threads anywhere talking about the differences between the two?

Kar Kraft has the Navi crate engine for $3700.

http://www.karkraft.com/engines.htm

You will need a lower intake plate to add an Eaton or similar blower. Sean Hyland is supposed to have one coming out.
