PSP air kit question

I have an older PSP air kit and since I installed it I notice a high pitched whine, sounds like air whistling through or a vac leak.
it only does it under load and seems to be in the same spot on the throttle regardless of which gear. It's quite annoying. do you guys have any suggestions on how to get rid of it?

Let off the gas...you are likely hearing the supercharger...sounds great doesn't it.

check the seal between the filter and the "connector" or whatever its called. Sounds like your sucking in air through a leak. I had it in my mustang.
