I'm 29 yrs old, good record, no accidents in the last 7 years, I'm with Kemper and pay $876 a year. $300,000 liability, $100,000 property damage with $500 deductibles for both comp and collision. I also have my homeowners inusrance with them. Hope this helps. Todd

Angry Insurance

All I can say is that us jersey boys get ROLLED on insurance premiums....Have the L down as a pleasure car, low monthly mileage, I am 31 years old, (married as far as the insurance co is concerned), have no tickets or points in the last 10 years or so, and still pay$1200.00 and change for full coverage on the L....Damn that sucks..

My insurance on BOTH vehicles went up this year thanks to State Farm and the state of Florida not regulating insurnace for crap. For full coverage (100/300), it is now about $1010 per year on the Lightning. Although, I just made it a "pleasure vehicle", driven under 5k per year, so that will reduce insurance quite a bit. Thank god for take home cruisers!!!!!!

Do you really care what we pay? Or do you want to know what he (or you) would pay?

Start calling insurane companies. They are truly the devil...but the only way to find out how much it would cost for you is to call. It is such a personal thing based on so many different factors, there is no way to know how much yours will cost by asking other people.

I pay a ton, I have a VW Bug that is leased (woman's car) and the L. Full coverage on both 300/100 and $500 deduct. My driving record is not...well spotless . Total 6 month premium: $1,158.00 In fact, my record is so "spotless" that they added my fiance to the policy for free! Ha! They figure the vehicles are safer with her and they can't in their right minds charge me any more money.

Just went through this yesterday:

'02 L, $500 deductible - $388/6mo. That's through Nationwide w/multi-car, house, and 0 points.

You guys up north really got it rough - dunno how you can afford to drive sportcars...

Im 36,married, and (knock on wood) havent had a ticket in about 9 years! Not that I havent deserved a few since owning the Lightning! Im paying 750 a year full coverage through Allstate on the Lightning, our Expedition is more expensive @ 800 a year. If your in your 20's your gonna get the shaft on insuring these things.
