Question L with automatic climate control

Any of you guys are using Expy or Navi automatic climate control, if yes what is invalved in instalation! Thanx JACK 2001 RED L

I was thinking about doing that myself... I think a digital AC unit would look sweet'er than the *****! I did a search but couldn't find anyone who's done it. Has anyone done this?

Yes, It's been done. From what I read about a year ago though it is a Really Big Pain In The **** to get hooked up.

If I remember correctly, I think the hard thing about the whole procedure was mounting the thermometer in the driver side door or something like that. I'm really not sure though.

Actually, here is the major problem. The normal, manual controls, that we have, use vaccum lines. The vehicles with climate control are 100% electronic. No vaccum lines. Already tried it, even have a climate control setup from a junkyard...

It can be done, I just haven't felt like taking the time yet!

I thought about that a few monthes ago but kinda forgot about it. He's right about the vaccume lines though, Im not sure how to get around that one at all...but Im not an expert by any means either. ..would definitly look much better than the *****
