Explaine to me the difference between stock and aftermarket.. Single blade and all that good stuff.... Why do i need one or do I.............

The difference is that it has a single bigger opening, it intakes more air. It works better if you have added more boost, higher boost needs more air. I put one on with a lower JLP 5# pulley, the trottle response is great. Do you really need one, well thats your call, all I know is that it would be a plus for your trucks performance.
