On the last replacement of my fogs, I had my dealer replace my factory tonneau cover because of the corners curling. Don't know how many times I can push that issue, but it was no problem having it done under warranty. Don't know if they take such good care of me because I bought 2 Lightning from them or because I told them Iam buying an 05 Lightning

I have a 5-month old factory cover, but it is the kind that snaps on (less sleek appearance, but no problem with corner curling). Let me know.

Check out these snapless Extang covers. Durable and great looking. You should be able to find them at a local dealer for around $255 if you install (it's pretty easy) The website is extang.com
