Angry Those of you who used texasmustang.com's replacement fogs...

...I just replied to a post about where to get fogs and decided to go out and look at mine to make sure they were still intact. Guess what...yes, another cracked lens. This is f*!#$%ing annoying. So, I just shelled out another $45 for a replacement set for the replacement set. What else can be done about this? Has anyone still had this happen even with the 3m tape?

3M tape only helps with rock chips, wont do a thing against the insternal cracks from the heat. Plus I hear the tape will discolor after time due to excessive heat from the lamps..

Same thing on my '01- only the replacements aren't $45, they're $150.

$150!!!! I guess I shouldn't be complaining. Geeeez, that's highway robbery. Ford probably buys those things for $10 - $20/lens and makes a killing.
