LFP and Customer Service

Just wanted to let everyone know that Mark at LFP went above and beyond the ordinary to take care of me. I had ordered a set of traction bar brackets from JJ for the SS traction bars. As it turns out, JJ got the bracket kits from Mark. The bracket kits are top notch and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is considering the Rancho-style bars for their truck. I had mine powdercoated black to make the SS bars stand out and will have pictures of the brackets and bars once I have them installed.

Now for the customer service part...I was missing one of the bolts from the kit that was used for the front bracket so I called Mark. Mark said he would have it out to me the next day. I had also cut one of the U-bolts so there wouldn't be a ton of bolt sticking out beyond the nut. The old adage of measure twice and cut once bit me in the azz as I eyeballed it and went to town with the cut-off wheel. Bad idea as I had cut it too short. I told Mark of my little issue and he told me not to worry about it and that he would send me a new U-bolt with the nut. I offered to pay for the U-bolt and he refused to let me and I even offered to pick up the shipping costs and he wouldn't even let me do that. This was by far one of the better examples of customer service that I have seen from an L tuner. I won't hesitate to recommend Mark or LFP to anyone and figured I would let everyone know that for some tuners customer service is still king.

I disagree with that. How can he be the King when I still have a piece of junk Art Carr torque converter in my garage that he sold me? He sells these Art Carr torque converters to unsuspecting Lightning owners who spend their time R&R the tranny and install the garbage. I'm not the only one who has had this problem and I'm sure I won't be the last. In fact there have been others since me who have had the problem.

So, if he is King of Service, credit my credit card and send a prepaid return shipping label to ship this POS back to where it came from.

I agree Mark's service is great.........One of my rubber Bassani hangers break over 6 months after the install. I called Mark and let him know what happened. He sent 2 new ones out the same week and wouldn't even charge me for shipping

"Everytime" is not true. If it was why do I have an Art Carr converter in my garage and a charge on my CC still? This has been 3-4 months.

"D@mn, what more can you want from the guy!" My money back.

Let me qualify my statement.......everytime for me, that is. He's 3 for 3 in my book and the consensus of folk in this thread seem to agree that he is a fair guy.......Listen I've been burned a couple of times so I know your pain. But, personally speaking, Mark has been a stand up guy. You have obviously had a different experience and I hope your converter woes are resolved. I'll only assume that you have spoke to Mark about the problem....just curious what if any understanding did you guys come to? Good luck to ya!

I went to their website today (LFP) to get their phone number and I couldn't find it. Can someone post their phone number for me?
