Fog lamp lens help

Fog lamp lens help
One lens is cracked, the other one just "disappeared" the other day. I just noticed it today washing the truck. Both lights work. I do not want to replace the lamps themselves.
It appears that just a new lens would work...along with some sort of adhesive to bond it to the lamp.
Can I do this, or must I purchase new lamps? What's the best place to shop for a replacement lens. Looked on FAQ and didn't find it.
Oh...this is for a '99 L.

the older mustang gt fog lamps are the same thing. and you can find them on web sites for like 20 bucks each with the entire light assemble.
Check your MM&FF mags and you'll see them.
