160 degree thermostat?

160 degree thermostat?

For those of you who intalled this, where is your stock temp gauge reading now? Is it at the top of the little flag on the boat (or whatever the hell that little symbol is. I haven't looked that close.) I couldn't remember where it was with the stock thermostat.

With my 160 in, my gauge never goes above ¼ the way up.

Watch for a check-engine light - I got one right after I put mine in, (still have it occasionally!). The code read 'Engine coolant temp too low'.
