I was wondering what everyone liked/loved best about their bad aZZ pickemup truck? For me it is the sound from the blower at wot and the smile it gives you when you hand that loser in his ss camaro.

Talking The fuel economy

Seriously, however, I guess I just like knowing I have those screaming 380 horses at my beck and call, just under my right foot.

The other would be the looks on the faces of the Audi-BMW-Mercedes-Camaro-Firebird-Ricer owners when they get zoomed by a pickup truck. Very fun!

pretty much everything.....

the super charger, the outside appearance, the inside appearance, the usefulness of the pickup/ towing.

the only thing i dislike is the fuel economy, but hey, you cant win them all can you?

Thumbs up

for the past 4yrs, i've come to enjoy the Ford BAS (bad advise system) thats incorporated into the PCM. by default it's left on, and the only way to disable it , is to push some radio buttons in sequence. some of the advise it's given me over the last 4yrs:
"it's probably just some guy trying to look like a cop"
"so what, it's just the rear tires, you have a brand new set in front"
"just hold your hand over one eye, i'll get you home"
"why go to a $75 motel, when you have a $375 bedrug"
" she drives a Lightning too, she'll never call your wife, it's like a brotherhood, or something"
"accessive acceleration???, wait until he gets back in that cruiser, we'll show him some accessive acceleration"

Whew! What a relief. All this time I thought my truck was possessed.......... What's the sequence for turning the BAS off?

I Like the way the front wheels change colors between washings. Very cool!

That It was Rusty Wallaces personal 99L and it has 600 original miles.

Also I just bought an AAD cobra hood and had it painted red to match my old 99 and it didn't match the red perfectly. I kept it when I traded for Rustys and put it on and the color now matched perfectly.
Usually it works the opposite for me.

Knowing you can, but not showing just about anything that pulls next to you at the light your taillights. When they want to run I just give them that smile and head shake that says "what me waste my gas on that thing?!" I think that gives me more satisfaction than actually beating them at the light. Just knowing I can.

The look on the face of everyone when you pull up anywhere. And then the look you know they have on their face when you rip out with the blower screaming.
