didn't want to say anything b4 i knew for sure,

but the weekend b4 last i blew out a plug at the track, forgot to switch to my nitrous program which pulls 4 degrees of timing.

i made a few passes on the race program to see what she'd do without the 50 shot,

then i went to do my 11 sec pass and get thrown out, and forgot to switch programs

good news is thats all i did, except for the blown header gasket

i imagine it got pretty hot when the plug blew

 

So even the BR7's are susceptable, huh? Almost need
a "CURRENT A/F GAUGE" to fix this instead of a "BOOST
GAUGE".

Sorry to hear that. It was just the plug and not the head right? What track did it happen at? I was under the understanding Tri-state closed for the season.

plug wasn't bad, it's just i was running way to much timing for the power i was making

btw, i coasted to an 11.93, lol , almost coasted from the 1000 faster than my best ever rofl

edgewater is open 1 more week, sat day 12-5,

after tri state closes they go to tnt on sat's for 3 more weeks

as long as i get a header gasket i'll be there trying for 11.7's!
