This is what people normally refer to as the 'FRPP', or Ford Racing Performance Parts kit.

I've heard good things, although, don't expect your truck to look much different, it barely lowers it.

Depending on how close you measure, it lowers just as much as the ones listed above and others not listed.

Well everyone keeps saying the FRPP GROUND FORCE kit barely drops the truck but on my truck I can not go any lower in the front, im on my second fascia, took about 8 months to tear it up!
The rear could be leveled out and that would be all I would do to it now.
It definitely made a big difference, hell I tripped getting out a few times after the install.
The kit is a GROUND FORCE kit with front springs a nice blue color, new bumper stops, rear shackles and is a great product, easy to install and the truck rides great, one of the cheapest and most satisfying mods to date.
Here are a few pics.

I am verry happy with it.

Bell Tech 3/4

It is the lowest you can go for $300-400 range. You can get alittle lower if you want to spend some more money. ALot of L's have the 3/4 kit on them. You can get it from the F150 online store or most any Bell Tech dealer....

My progression:

Shackles
Inexpensive lowering kit.
Hotchkis
Hotckkis with shocks
Full Roush

I suggest getting the Full Roush first.

O.k. It looks like I'll be going with the Bell tech 3/4 kit. Next question. Are the shocks that come with these kits worth it or should I get something else like QA1s?? If I need different shocks could you let me know where/how much I'm gonna pay for them. Once again, thanks in advance.
