Tuners are no help
With any 15" rim, you will have to remove the dust shield and shave the brake calapers... that's why 99% of the Lightning owners use 16" rims with the M/T ET Streets or Hoosie Q/T Pros
Try Mike at Lightning Performance up in Oregon, I'm running a set of his custom wheels and didn't have to remove the dust shield and only had a light shave of the brake calipers. The wheels are steel but are lite weight.

James, I told ya we got a wheel coming out soon
As for Mike's rims, I wouldn't exactly call them "lightweight". I had a set and they weighed 24 lbs each, that's almost as much as a stock rim. Aside from the weight (well, they ARE steel), they were a really nice rim, I was very happy with them on my truck, I just wanted a lighter rim.
