All you need is a jack or a set of stands. The 2 hour limit is definately do-able.

from an old post of mine, maybe it can help you.....Ok guys I'm not sure if someone has tried this yet but I haven’t seen anyone try it so I'll share my secrets. First I took off the clamps (4). Second I took off the stock tips to keep from banging up the side skirt. Third (the secret) attach a ratcheting strap to the hanger near where the tips attach and hook the other end to the back of the truck somewhere, I went to the trailer hitch just to be safe. Tighten up the strap, don't kill it but get it pretty snug. Fourth, wiggle the muffler back and forth and poof the muffler pops off. All together it took me 10 minutes. There are 2 hangers that hold up the rear of the exhaust, I left them on so I didn’t get a muffler on my head.
