Just wanted to put out a good word for the JDM team on my recent reburn. They sent me out a new chip for some reason and the turn around was awesome. I do have a question on the program. It reads CUX1 90T5 E2F, I sent the original one back since the old program would hold the shifts from 1st to 2nd until about 20 where I could hear pulley rattle when cold. Also OD was held until 48 or 50. The new program on side one holds the shifts Longer than it originally did ie. 1st to 2nd at 25 during very light throttle, and OD will not hit until almost 60. Side 2 which I thought would be the race side does shift to 2nd at 18 and OD at 48. Any clue as to what is going on. Should I just consider side 2 my street program and side one the race side. Just Give JDM a call and tell them where you want your shift points. Don't assume Position # 2 Street.
