So, I've never seen anyone mention ANY of this, and it was a surprise to me. I got SO MUCH STUFF with my Lightning, it's ridiculous. I don't mean at the time of purchase, but here we go:

SVTOA subscription, obviously.

SVT Enthusiast, and Around the Oval mags.

Ford Racing 1 year charter membership, with Ford Racing baseball cap, decal, etc. (The hat is $24 on their website!)

There were at least 2 other things (subscruptions, etc) that I got with it, but can't think of, off the top of my head. Is this all normal stuff? I mean, it seemed like ALOT to me...

 

That's exactly what I got when I bought mine.

 

Watch out for the SVTOA. I got the L in Oct '01. Didn't ever recieve anything about the membership. Called around June-July. Said they only honor the previous year till March. (So they honor '01 memberhship coupons from 1/1/01 to 3/1/02.) Called twice and got the same guy and got the same lame answer, sorry can't help ya.
Also haven't ever recieved any sort of certificate. Got the Team Ford Racing membership, ballcap, decals, etc, but no SVT Certificate or Membership to SVTOA. Seems like SVT is great at building trucks/cars, but not so great in customer service follow through.

Not to turn this post around, but I also got some squeky breaks. Apparently they got a high perf glaze applier.

 

Well, I already got my SVTOA membership card and stuff, so I'm not worried there. Don't really care too much either, other than to get the certificate for my truck.

Haha - My brakes are squeakie too.... Hopefully I can afford some Alcoas soon....

 

I got the exact same stuff, but I also got an SVTOA hat with the membership card.

I also got a pin. The svtoa pretty much is worthless. If you didn't use it you probably didn't miss much.

out of all the stuff, the only one I actually cared about was the SVT Enthusiast mag, and I do like the Ford racing hat.

By the way, I got 2 Ford racing membership packages and 2 SVTOA membership packages.

 

All I got was a penny change and a "good luck." I did get a SVT Mag, but that's only because I jacked the dealership's copy.

 

This is all with a new purchase i assume?
