But, it had the normal badging, etc.
BlkBanshee is right.. it was there, although it was one of those slower red ones rather than a fast black one... he he

I have the truck Ijust need a new body so that i can paint it black. I messed up and bought a pre built. Anyone got a unpainted or nice black body for the Tamiya?

I tried Bill and so far he can't find one for me

yeah, they are called servos. if you have a 1/10 scale car, i like the futaba magnum jr. it comes with radio and 2 servos for steering and throtle. you can also go with the magnum sport. it is a little less expensive but just about as good. im sure everyone has their own favorites, i just like the futaba's...chris

Wow - I haven't been on the thread in a while - nice to see it rolling :) It's supposed to arrive today! WOOHOO! :)

* Konig: Can't talk price on the forum :( But it was under $100 without the electronics... email me if you want links, pricing and whatnot...

* chimshady1: HOLY SHnnnnn...! Race? Um... no ;)

* BDAZSVT: Go to the Tamiya website, you can order replacement parts (like the clear body) from them pretty readily.

I can't wait to get this thing out of the box and pull it together! I'm using the control unit from an old Tmaiya Hornet I had a while ago - I was reading in one of the other forums that there is a transmission system similar to the "select trac" out there...

If only the big one were this easy to mod ;)
