Question about Intercooler

Being from CA, our weather is a lot more mild then you poor guys back east who are seeing 30's and 40's. At any rate, i just got done driving the truck around for 20 or so minutes. I left the motor running and popped the hood, where i usually see water sloshing about in the I/C resevoir. Welp, i didnt see any sloshing nor was the pump on or the lines on the I.C hot at all. Is the I/C pump controlled by the PCM to come on at a certain temp or what? Its about 64 outside tonight.

Your pump should be running. Check for voltage at the connector.
