Header ????
Ok i was thinking about putting headers on my truck but don't
know if I should I don't have any real performance mods yet.
Everyone I have talked to says that the sound of longtubes and the bassani exhaust is awesome. So what do you guys think I should do, It's being parked this winter so I have lots of time for saving some money.
Or should I wait to get a pulley and chip before getting the LT's

If you're just looking for the sound, go for it. Personally, I've heard both, and I prefer the sound of the JDM Silver Bullet exhaust, but the Bassani DOES sound great. Hey, both beat my Mac cat-back!
Otherwise, if it's about performance, there's ALOT more you can do to your truck, for less money than a full exhaust. Have you thought about doing a chip/filter/pulley, and then just doing the cat-back? It'll save you money over just the full exhaust, you'll get the nice exhaust sound, and quite a bit more performance. Just a thought.
Either way, good luck - no matter what way you go, you'll be more than happy, because you'll still be driving a Lightning!

I don't think there's anything to be tuned out of headers, so I don't think a reburn is necessary. Maybe if it was dyno-tuned, they could pull out a couple more ponies, but reburns aren't really needed until you mess with the supercharger
