Sorry if we haven't gotten back you just yet, just as you suspected, we have been very busy.
The Works 140 uses a true 2300cc rear inlet screwcharger. We have already seen over 500rwhp on a stock motored truck, making 20 psi with a 2lb lower pulley. The 140 ci Whipple is capable of 30 psi, so 600rwhp should be no problem, and if you've got a build motor with some good heads (like our ModMax CNC ported heads), you should easily reach that goal.
We can also supply you with the needed internals to have your motor rebuilt. And I've got many customers in CA that have used good shops for their motor stuff, so I'm confident I can steer you to a good shop based on your location.

The best thing to do, would be give us a call sometime next week. This way Works will be back from SEMA (the Works 140 is on display at the Whipple booth right now) and I'll be able to call and have more info on when the 140s might be ready. We can discuss motor stuff then as well.
ah Ill just see it for myself..have to go to the sema show to meet some people at the borg warner booth...Ill call ya next week on friday..hows that? JBA...san diego...anybody closer?
Its hard driving this truck when I know theres alot more power to be had...gets boring real quick especially after a day at the track running the bikes.

If you are willing to go to Sacramento (McClellan to be exact) I know of a great shop. They specialize in 4.6 and 5.4 motors. Email me if you want the name and number of the shop and the guy to talk to.
