Hey Skip your truck looks awsome had a good time looking it over today at Swanson Performance. For all you California lightning owners Swanson will be selling the new Kenne Bells also. Looks like a great piece and a very clean install. Swanson Performance will be dyno tuning a lightning tomorrow with a Kenne Bell and basically stock boost. I am antisipating good results and I'm anxious to see them. I will post the #s when I get them.

What is the price for the kit? Did it take a new upper intake? Or reuse the factory?

Was the kit complete? What about ease of installment?

Thanks.

I guess those who said the KB won't be ready for another 6-10 months and those who said its not even in production yet! were just misinformed.. Right now were just using the stock upper intake because the New Big mouth intakes are not ready as of yet. when we get those intakes to take advantage of the *HUGE* intake on the KB we can expect some AWSOME power increases!. The blowers right now come in allumnium casting. the black 1 is the 1 thats going the JLP 01 truck! these blowers i truley believe will be capable of pruducing upwards of 200 H.P.!..Just give us a call here @ JLP if your interested in 1 of these Awsome KB's! and yes as you can see its a direct bolt on!....JL
JL,

I know the retail on one is $2999, will that include the big mouth intake when it comes out? or is that additional ? Any timeline on it ?

Ouch. Wasn't going to reply to that at first, don't want to turn this thread into a *****pile like some of the others have turned into.

Well, since I have the 112, I would certainly hope it makes more than my truck.

Just want to see some big #'s is all. High-horsepower lightnings "float my boat" Does that sound odd?

Kennebell

The cost is $2995. It uses the stock upper and is cast with mounting holes for 99-00 lightnings as well as 01=02 lightnings. The blower is cast alumunim and looks just like the lower manifold. Looks so stock you could walk by, look at the engine ,and not even notice it. Being larger than the Eaton , the Kennebell looks more in proportion to the rest of the engine. Everything hooks up just like stock, which is the way it should be! Mine got almost 100 miles put on it today and it is flawless. Going back to Danny Swansons tomorrow so he can strap it on the dyno. Got a cool serial number too. It is #2. Skip
