Dash data read out help???

I'm retarded. I can't get the thingy to work where you get your odometer to read out different engine functions. Any help? And please don't just say, hit the search button!

Make sure your truck is off, while its off hold down the odometer button and keep holding it. Start your truck while holding it down and keep holding until you see the different reading, it usually takes a few seconds after you start it for the readings to come up. Once they are up just let go of the button and you can push it for different functions...Hope this helps.

Thanks TYT LYT!!

Mike, with this function, you can view various engine parameters such as temp sensor readouts, actual rpm (more precies) and a whole bunch other things that I don't know cause I haven't used it yet! I'm hoping it will show me IAT2 intake air temp sensor 2, as RobG spoke of. This is the air temp after the S/C. Can gain lots of info with this!

Press the reset button and hold it. Turn the key to the on position without turning the motor over. You will see the word test come up. When you see it let go of the button and your gauges should sweep. Then start your truck and you should be in test mode. I am going by memory so I may be wrong
