There are plenty to chose from. I decided on a tranny temp gauge since I have a stall.

Tranny Temp or something like a voltmeter. A/F sucks with the stock oxygen senors.

Autometer has a new dual stage intake air temp gauge. One side reads air temp before intercooler other reads temp after intercooler. Looks good too. Just don't ask me how to hook it up...maybe someone else knows.

if you have stereo equipment go with a voltmeter. if not, go with oil pressure definitely.

Thats sounds like a very interesting gauge, especially for testing purposes.

If are going to put a Stoich meter (A/F meter) then do it mostly for looks (THose lights sure are purdy ) since all it does is read from the O2 and will be jumping all over the place as your truck dumps and stops feul. It will be good for WOT though telling you if you are running rich or Lean. If you want soemthiong more accurate then get a EGT gauge but it will cost mor sonce you need a probe as well. Some Auto moter EGT's come with the probe BTW.

Hey easterisland,

How and where did you hook the sending units up for your intake temp and exhaust temp readings? Or are they electric gauges? Thanks.

I originally saw the intake gauge in the Sept/Oct edition of Motor Trend's TRUCK TREND on page 69. The ad says to contact AutoMeter for more info@ 815-895-8141
