Went over expecting to run the 1/4 today and hoping to finally get my 12.xxx time slip in my hand. Well, come to find out that they only run 1/8th mile on Sundays. I went ahead and ran a little anyway and almost considered running in the bracket race.

 

Those say 8.209 and 8.219 if you have trouble reading them.

I was up at Mooresville drag strip yesterdaY....

 

I went to Kinston which is here by me on the coast. I thought about going up to that Ford show at Mooreville yesterday but I ate too many oysters Friday night. The liquid that goes with those always slows me down a little the next day.
