Been thinking real hard about the type of exhaust im gonna get. Iam really short on cash and could probably afford some of the mac exhaust setups on ebay easily. Or should i just wait and save up some more dough for bassani? I want the good sound and some hp added on and if the bassani is the all out best exhaust for the lightning, i wanna know if its worth saving and waiting for. thx

 

I think Bassani is the best (pricey though), MAC has a nice sound and comparable to Bassani but won't last as long.

Get the MAC and then use the extra money on other mods....

I have the Bassani Equal length short tube headers and catback with X pipes...sounds and looks great...don't buy it for perfomance improvements...there are none

 

What about mac exhaust does it sound as good or equal to bassani?

 

The Bassani has a sound that's very distinct. If you hear one on an "L" you will always recognize it. My neighbor has one on his "L" and I always know when he's coming or going. Sounds AWSOME...Did I mention that I have Bassani also?:o
