Speedvision Returns!!

If you fondly remember the old Speedvision.com (and/or the Speedvision network!), have a bitter taste in your mouth for what its successor (nascar channel, er...ah...<cough>, I mean Speed channel has left us with, don't despair any longer. Some of the original group is trying to resurrect the original format and flavor. If you're an old Speedvision addict like myself, follow this link and chime in!

I never really checked out their old web site. I loved the old TV format. Don't watch Speed(NASCAR)Channel much anymore.

I hate the new channel, they should have just renamed it the NASCAR channel, since that is 75% of the shows now. Bring back more of the SCCA, IMSA, type road racing. Thank god they are showing the ralley racing from Europe and Formula 1, if not, I'd never watch it any more. Seems like about 95% of the time when I turn it on it is nascar this, nascar that, a day in the life of a nascar mechanic, the juicy fruit 100 from backwoods arkansas. Enough already.
Bring back the OLD Speedvision.

Detail, have you been to the track with those mods in your signature? I have an 02' and was planning on doing the same thing soon. Just curious to see how those mods performed. Thanks.

Last I checked we didn't have a track. Maybe that should say Florida, do you have trees there?

LOL, I prefer the pavement racing any day, just not in a circle. But the crashes in the ralley races are cool!!!! I like the Indy, IRL, IMSA, LeMans, SCCA racing the best.

SCCA racing

I would love to see SCCA racing rise in popularity again. I have only a passing interest in NASCAR, but I used to record those Trans Am races. Tommy Kendall used to be (and probably still is) a helluva race car driver. There was an interesting story a few years back (can't remember where I read it) about how he was gonna be the next big NASCAR crossover but that awful crash he was involved in brought those plans to a halt.
