I'm using the Denso IT-20 plugs at .040 gap for 4#s plus. With 6#s you should probably close them up to .036 gap. Same plug should be fine. TR6s are the other plug most commonly used. The gaps should be the same.

i'm running the TR6's with .040 gap and a 5lb pulley, no probs so far but I havent had them on long. After reading other posts about plugs it look like some people have blown the TR6's with pulleys bigger than 3lb and others have had no problems what so ever. I've notice alot of people recommending the NGK br7 which I think I am going to switch to as soon as I feel up to the hell that is changing the spark plugs.

TR6's gapped at .040 - I'd recommend around .042 to .044 though because my gas mileage sucks. Since I don't get into boost that much during daily driving, I think anything colder would just foul out.

Well I think after reading as many splug questions as I could have i'll end up going with the BR-7ef's at I think .40 Its mostly a daily truck but I tend to get on it a bit. with just the 5lb pulley I think this will work alright. If anything thinks I should use a different please let me know before I buy and install.
