Pop Ups on F150?

I just got here tonight and clicked on a measage to read and got a "congadulations you have one" pop up. Are we gonne start getting these to pay for the site or was it a mistake?
It was USA Travel incase you don't know Doug.

Just curious I could maby live with mild pop ups but too many...

It may have been a weird thing ...

or a conspiracy against you ...

or a late pop-up from a previous page ...

or a bug???

I never get popups from here on my home PC, but my work PC gets pop-ups from everything including my companies internal web pages very annoying.

Go to www.adaware.com and download it. You prolly have a hidden ad thing on there (especially if oyu installed Kazaa)

Sounds like you got gatored. Gator is hidden software that installs intself onto your PC without your permission. It tracks data about where you go online and uploads it to a database. It also "pops-up" somewhat targeted ads.

Do a search at download.com for ad aware. It is a free software that will scan your computer for this crap and remove it.

I do a scan almost every day, because gator continually seeps its way into your system. Bad stuff.

Let me know if you have any questions.

Doh! Looks like someone beat me to the advice while I was typing.

This seems like the perfect time to make a witty remark, but I will refrain at this time
