correct needle position(boost gauge)

I was wondering where should the boost guage needle should sit at about 60 cruising. Mine sits on the lowest mark on the guage at this speed. Seeing these articles about boost accuator adjustment was making me curious.

Thanks

You should always be in vacuum when not "on it"

Has anyone that has done the 'boost actuator' adjustment actually seen any gains (ET or hp) ?
