The Simple Things in Life
Well, this thread is more of a pick-me-up
I'm sick as hell right now and have been sitting at home since Saturday night. Tonight I went to the grocery store, and listend to two women bicker as I bought my meds. Anyways, on the way out, I got two compliments on my Lightning..... one from a kid on a bike (which is always awesome to know the younger group knows the difference between a regular F150 and an L.) and by a gentleman in a raised F250.. who complimented me. And all this with rain/water spots on the truck, with dirt, and mud on it. Finger prints, it just looks plain nasty to me, yet they still saw it's true beauty. It made my day/night. And picked my spirits up.
