Does anybody know how hard (if possible) it would be to replace my airbag cover and pedals for the ones coming in the 2003 Lightnings? I've seen pics and I like them better than the ones in my 02.

Pedals and door handles are easy swaps. The air bag cover is held on by two bolts and is also easy to do. The cover is off of 2001 and up Explorer Sport/Sport Tracs and runs around $500.00 since the air bag is included.

Like I said, if you're shopping around make sure you ask for an Explorer SPORT or SPORT TRAC air bag cover. The 4-door Explorers are completely different and NOT interchangeable.
The '01 Harley Davidson truck also had the air bag cover off of the Sport/Sport Trac.
