Mine has done it too a few times recently. Always when it's first started in the morning. I though it might be the fuel filter...
Tomorrow I have an appointment at the dealer for little things, see the bottom of my "mods" list... Oh, I forgot to add the leaking Bilstein mod! Then it's for sale (see the classifides on this site). I got my hat handed to me by an 03 Cobra yesterday... not too bad though. I spun, he didn't.
