Are the X plan pin numbers transferable or are they only good to the person they are issued to?

They are only good to the person they were assigned. If you need another let me know I work for Ford in Romeo, Michigan and must sell 6 vehicals a year. Suavy

I actually have the opposite problem...LOL. When I initially faxed over the paperwork for x plan I did not get a response for two weeks. The deadline had arrived for getting the request in and in a moment of concern, I attempted to fax over another request. The fax number on the other end was busy so I set my office fax to put the fax in memory and try again later so I would not have to sit and wait.
Here is the funny part...my fax machine sent the fax about 8 times. Seems like every day I check my email and I have another pin...LOL.

I am up to about 5-6 pin numbers now. They just keep on comming.

I just found a dealer who let me order an 03 Lightning on xplan so I only need one pin. i was thinking i could give the others away to folks on this forum...oh well.

Darned that was a long winded post.

For the Rockster, it would be best if you let the person you got the x-plan from know what happened he can go in to our web site and cancel them since the are not transferable.

Hello Steve,

That is a very kind offer. I have already placed my order and received the vin number. Actually my salesman called me Friday with the status. It looks like I should be recieving my truck by Chrstmas to early January (as long as nothing goes wrong at the Ford end of it).

If you don't mind saying...which dealership are you at? One more thing I thought I'd mention. There are a few fellows on the FTW sight looking for 03 L's at X plan pricing. You may want to check it out if your wanting to move a few. Although, I am hearing that these SVT's move pretty good without the X plan deal...LOL.

Hmm...what's the price of a '03 on X-plan ? I may be in the market. Also do you guys take trades, I'd be trading in my '00 L.
