Although you have to be careful with it, Acetone will take pen right out of leather or any other material.

I have a large black ink spill on my custom WHITE leather interior in my last car, and Acetone was the only thing that took it right. You just can't rub it in too hard, but you won't need to. Treat the leather afterwards to make sure it doesn't dry up.

Be careful with acetone. It melts plastic and the light color on the seats in not real leather. It could be a disaster.

Obviously one would want to test it in a not so obvious area first, but you are just barely going to put the stuff on the seat anyway.

Use "Woolite" brand stain removal wipes. You can get them at
the grocery store. Just gently dab the spot, if it's stubborn lay
a couple wipes on it for a while, then wipe it off. They work
great.

If the mark is on leather or vinyl, hairspray will usually take out light marks. Don't know about anything else.

I had permanent marker on my center console vinyl and rubbing alcohol took it right out without ruining it. Don't know about the leather.
