Tuner w/software for Dialo Sport Chip in Southern Cali???

I really need some help. I'm trying to find a tuner in Southern California that has the software to custom program a Diablo Sport chip. If anyone can offer help it would be greatly appreciated.

Some of the Cali. guys use Danny Swanson as a tuner but I d/k if he works with the Diablos. You might email Jay lincoln--I think he uses DS???
