All I can say is this current fad of "dealer bashing" is not healthy and doesn't serve us well as a community of vehicle owners.

I've had some negative contacts with dealerships over the years, but I've had many, many more positive contacts. On the few bad ones, I've always stood my ground and worked out the problems with the right people, never yelling or threatening anyone. If your cause is just, you will win eventually.

Coming on a public forum that we know Ford employees visit, and bashing dealers is not a good situation, especially when you personalize the issues by naming employees.

i havent the patience to really go through all of the posts, i got to about page 4 and just got tired of it. Sorry to hear about the truck, its a shame what people do, but from as far as i got it seems like people are forgetting who the real ******* here is and thats the person that stole the car.

I dont know what everyones beef is with naviman. Yeah stolenL is pissed no duh but some of you are thinking without using your head. Seems like navi is just looking at what facts are presented and thinking of the more realistic course of action. Kicking anyones *** or "raising hell" isnt gonna do a damn thing but get everyone pissed off.

I was trying to convey that even keys held inside the service department office can be stolen also and that the dealership was not held responsible to date. Sorry if this was not clear.

First of all dude im sorry about the loss of your vehicle, its a crying shame and as far as Im concerned the dealer is totally liable. Now getting back to mister Kentucky its Americans who put titles on everyone who really makes things f--ed up! How about saying "a guy walked in and stole the car". Im a part time host here and when someone calls in and mentions race I'll let them know right away that I dont need to know their background. You seem like an intelligent person, and probably didnt mean anything by it, so in the future omit the race of the person involved because it shows ones ignorance and guess what, you would be surprised one day, that same african amer. might save your life.

I agree. I felt this might have been a troll job from the beginning, as StolenL obviously was new and then never came back on to explain the outcome.
