What up guys just wondering if any of you have heard a L with a cutout ? I used to run one on my 01 z and it sounded nasty as hell but I could "cap it " in 10 seconds and go back to stock sound.Just wondering if anyone has run this or has heard how it sounds.. I used a flow tech race ready alot of the guys are runnin that on there Z's and IMO it sounds as good or better than most cat back systems for the camaro. Just wondering how this boosted 5.4 may sound .Thanx guys

 

Not too many people use them that I see but I would also like to hear it to see if it would sound good. I know the z28s really sound good with it open.

 

I'm sure it would be loud as hell, but your low-end torque would surely suffer

I put a set on my '99 when I first put on my long tube headers. I opened them up at the track and lost power and et.

Took them off a week later.

so all in al it not worth it just for an agressive sound...I'm better off gin with the magnaflow muffler
