thinking about getting some 16" rims with some hoosiers on my 2002 lightning ... the question is the tire height . do i wont 26 or 28s... and why??

 

I have 26" ET Streets. I like the smaller height because it is equivalent to having more gear. My best 60 foot is 1.63, usually average 1.70 range. Never tried 28" slicks, the may hook up even better.

i'm runnin 28 inch tall hoosiers. Have not really tried to work with em gonna try tomorrow night to see what happens but have had constant 1.9x 60' with em at a *****ty and i mean *****ty prepped (if at all) track and they are moving on the rim.
