Engine mods

I am about to mod my engine this winter I do drive it daily and from 110 to below zero weather (midwest). Right now my best run is 14.07 at 101.9 with very bad 60 foots 2.31 best. I would like to run low 13's and consistant mid to low 13's. Can I do it with just a chip and cold air kit Also I will be installing ft valve body and maybe a T/B. Would like to get there with out pully at this point and then decide on pully options later.

Also will I need a 90mm mas air meter or not how much will it help?

Thanks this board rocks

Slicks would be your best investment. You will have no problem running mid 13's with a chip and filter. Get your 60ft time down to 2.0 or better and you will be there.

Slicks would be good for the track but I am looking more for street performance.

Thumbs up

I ran a 13.1@I don't remember with just a chip airfilter and a boost bypass. It was pretty warm out too. It was a JDM single chip. I was very please with that. Oh but I also got a low 1.9 60' Hope that helps. -Mat-

Upgrade to a 90 mm MAF when you get the filter kit. My PSP Fast Air works great!

1 hour which direction? We are about 1.5 - 2 hours from Branson.
