miss at moderate throttle

my truck has developed a miss or stuter at light throttle with the engine under a light load.like going up a hill when you give it a little gas it skips and stuters at any rpm.it just started this afternoon after work but was fine this morning.i flipped the jbm chip to the other program but same problem.i have just replaced the plugs about 200 miles ago and added the 4 lb pully, full lentgh headers, and the jdm chip.havent tried full throtle run but assume its probably bad also.any ideas whats wrong.if its a coil pack how do you check them to find the bad one?

What plugs are you running? I had a miss with Denso IT24's. I replaced them after 300 miles with NGK's and have had no problems in over 1000 miles...JR

If you put in TR-6's thats probaly it. Some of us seem to have to compromise our idle and low throttle response with them.

Eh O, here come the people to disagree

I have them and have clearly had problems, or should I say compromises, since the first second I started it back up with them.
It still runs great, but does idle worse, and tend to be a tiny bit less responsive at feather throttle. I'll also say, THE TRADE OFF WAS WELL WORTH IT for peace of mind AND SAFETY with my Mods.

To run TR-6's "IN SOME OF OUR L's", you need to give it a blast once in a while to keep them clean. Of course you could also have another problem

How many miles do you have? Your injectors could be dirty and clogged. What about the fuel filter? Coil packs? Did you clean the contacts well on your ECU?

Check the tube on the EGR valve. If the insulation sleeve slides down it will melt the tube and can cause a lope in the idle and stumble at cruising speed in OD.
